The 2010 repo list is here!

The 2010 Repossessed Homes and Property Lists have finally been uploaded onto our website, and while not every bank's list is included on the website, if you are interested in those that are not listed, just ask and we'll email them to you. Unfortunately, these lists have grown exponentially since the last time we updated them and it would not be a stretch to say that the faltering economy is mainly to blame. With joblessness at historic highs, many Bahamians are struggling to maintain their standard of living. Accordingly, even though we have uploaded these current lists on our website, we ask that you exercise restraint in your approach to pursuing the homes and properties listed thereon.

Click on the link in the left margin to navigate to the website page containing the lists of homes. While there, use our online application form to see if you qualify for any of the homes or properties you desire. If you have questions regarding the price or any other specific detail, please contact the repossessing lender directly.

There has been a lot of talk from local pundits lately regarding our economy being on the verge of a turn around. However, these comments belie the reality of what is taking place in financial markets worldwide. Without wanting to be alarmists, we are of the view that those making these optimistics pronouncements are either completely inept or are intentionally seeking to mislead an unsuspecting public. Accordingly, our advice is to please proceed carefully as the recession is by no stretch of the imagination behind us. What is posterior to us however, is apparently the device by which these pundits arrive at their conclusions!

GET YOUR LOT NOW! Lot loans are now available for terms over 20 years, making qualifying for a piece of the Bahamas much easier. Most lenders will still only grant lot loans for terms of up to maybe 10 or 15 years.
