Repossession Assistance

If you are presently in the midst having your home repossessed, some of the following suggestions may help to stave of this unfortunate event;

1. Do not avoid contact with your lender

2. Be proactive by keeping the lender abreast of your situation

3. Give your lender an in depth explanation about why you are delinquent

4. DO NOT lie about your circumstances, be forthright and honest

5. Go to your lender and discuss what arrangements could be made to avoid repossession

6. Solicit the assistance of your church family or pastor

7. Solicit the assistance of family and friends to raise money to update your mortgage
